3. TIME AND DELIVERY PLACE
We always try to deliver goods as soon as possible to our customers by the following delivery methods:

1. Delivery:
- Free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND
- Orders under 500,000 VND will have specific delivery fee for each region shown in the electronic invoice.
▪ In the city. : Delivery time is expected from 1-3 working days.
▪ Other provinces and cities of Vietnam: Estimated delivery time from 3 to 7 working days.

2. International delivery
- Delivery charges will be displayed specifically in the delivery invoice information
- Delivery time from 5 - 20 days depending on the destination country
- Delivery fee will be charged according to the weight of each other country



B. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We always try to deliver products to customers in the best condition and exactly as ordered. Cases of return and refund are considered as follows:

- Defective product, wrong product type, wrong size, wrong color, missing product compared to the order

- The product has expired

- Damaged during transportation we will compensate up to 50% of the value of the item depending on the level of damage

- Customers can return it within 14 days after receiving the goods and follow the instructions on the attached coupon in the package:

- Refund orders must return all ordered products, gifts, coupons and attached invoices.

- The product has no signs of use, no damage, scratches or dirt on the product packaging.

- After the package is returned successfully and fully tested, the refund will be refunded within 5 - 30 business days.

- International order, return shipping fee please pay by yourself
